Sarah & Jess
In late March 2020 a week or two into the national lockdown and being furloughed, they received an email from one of their regular customers, asking if they could share their cookie recipe as he was missing them so much. After that email exchange both Sarah and Jess started baking cookies for their fellow volunteers at the charity centre where they were volunteering their furloughed time. This evolved into them sending out care packages of cookies to their family and friends, who greatly appreciated receiving their cookies in the post. So, we created Cookies that Count and decided to raise money for charities by providing fresh, chef baked chocolate cookies delivered by post using as many surplus fresh ingredients as possible. The more surplus ingredients we use the more we save on ingredients, the more we are able to give to charity! We bake the cookies to order so they are as fresh as possible when they drop through your letterbox.
